Electromechanic

We are seeking a proactive and skilled electromechanic to join our dynamic technical team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our advanced, automated production lines.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with strong experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance and a passion for technology.

Your qualifications

• A technical diploma in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or a closely related field.
• Experience in the electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated production lines and PLC-controlled machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to work both independently with a high degree of responsibility and effectively as part of a team.
• Good command of French (B2 level).
• Willingness to learn Dutch (company-supported language lessons will be provided).
• Must be able to work in a rotating shift schedule
• A stable employment history (3+ years in a similar role) is highly advantageous.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and possesses a genuine fascination with technology and continuous learning.

Your responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to minimize machinery downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical failures on PLC-controlled automated systems.
• Propose and execute improvements to enhance machine efficiency and quality.
• Adjust existing and install/commission new production equipment.
• Ensure safe, orderly work environment; adhere to all safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance, interventions, and modifications.
• Collaborate with the technical department, assisting colleagues and achieving team goals.
